3 EASY CHICKEN SLOW COOKER FREEZER MEALS / CROCKPOT FAMILY MEAL IDEAS , DUMP BAGS

Hi hopefully you enjoy these 3 easy Chicken Slow Cooker / crocckpot meals. I find these chicken dump bags are perfect as a family meal idea for our busy large family.

RECIPES :
( Just for reference I cook my freezer meals once they are thawed out)
CHICKEN TERIYAKI (SERVES 4) / RICE OR NOODLES
600g / fillets chicken
450g stir fry vegt ( eg peppers, carrots ,sugar snap peas )
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teasp ground ginger
1/4 teasp salt
1/4 teasp pepper
1/4 teasp crushed red pepper flakes

Cook on low 6-8hrs
When cooked , shred chicken, mix sauce and serve!!

CHICKEN FAJITAS (SERVES 4 ) TORTILLA WRAPS AND SIDES

600gs / 4 chicken fillets ( instead of spices you can use a sachet of fajita mix )
1/2 can chopped tomatoes
3 peppers sliced
1 onion sliced
3 tablesp olive oil
3 tablesp lime juice
1 tablesp chilli powder
2 teasps paprika
1 teasp onion powder
1 teasp garlic powder
1 teasp cumin
1 teasp crushed red chilli flakes
1 teasp salt
COOK ON LOW APPROX 6 HRS, DRAIN IF JUICE FROM CHICKEN /SHRED CHICKEN AND FILL TORTILLAS !!

CHICKEN & LEMON PESTO (SERVES 4-6 ) / PASTA

600GS / 4 CHICKEN FILLETS
1/2 JAR PESTO approx. 100g
250mls / 1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teasp salt n pepper
