With these 3 vegan gourmet recipe dinners for the Valentine’s day you will defenitely impress your beloved! A recipe for all levels of difficulty, easy, medium and difficult, because you can cook something delicious even if you don’t have that much of experience cooking or simply maybe you want something as quick as possible.
So we tried to put it all together in one video for you to enjoy!

1. CALENTITA PIZZA (1 course):
Chickpea Flour -100 g
Water – 300 mL
Olive Oil – 2 spoonfuls
Zucchini – 100 g
Dried Tomatoes – 6 pieces
— Cook in the oven at 200°C for about 15/20 minutes —

2. ALMONDS AND SEITAN (2 courses):
Cous Cous / Rice / Quinoa – 100 g
Oil – 2 spoonfuls
Seitan – 250 g
Almonds – 70 g
Onion – 30 g
Ginger – 5 g
Flour – 10 g (mixed with 1 spoonful of oil and 3 of water)
— Cook for about 10 minutes —
3. CANEDERLI (2 courses per option):
Bread – 300 g
Plant Milk – 300 g
Chives
Vegetable Broth or Salted Water (we would boil the canederli here)
Mushrooms |
Spinach | 100 g
Tofu (+ soya sauce) |
Chia Seeds – 1 spoonful
Onion
Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
For the toppings: 1. plant butter

vegetable broth – 100 mL
zucchini and carrots – 20 g
2. plant butter
poppy seeds
