Ingredients for Dalia / Broken Wheat Upma
Dalia / Broken Wheat : 1/2 cup
Carrot : 1/2 (chopped)
Tomato : 1 small (chopped)
Mushroom : 1/2 cup (chopped)
Green Peas : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Water : 1 + 1/2 cup
Oil : 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp (chopped)
How to make Dalia / Broken Wheat Upma
Heat oil in a pan.
Roast dalia in it till it turns slight golden.
Add chopped carrot, tomato and mushroom in it.
Add water in it.
Add green peas in it.
Add salt to taste.
Mix all ingredients and cook covered for 8 to 10 minutes on low medium flames.
Turn flames off when water is completely soaked and dalia is soft.
Dalia ka upma is ready.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
