Hi. I’m Natalia Rose and today we’re going to talk about the best juice fast combinations. There are three major categories of juice fast combinations I want to share with you. One is the all greens with lemon, ginger, and apple, which is the delicious. The apple is optional. And for that, you’ll do a mix of dark leafy greens with some celery and cucumber. Throw in a couple of lemons or limes and add as much ginger as you enjoy, add an apple if you like, and that is delicious. I call that green lemonade. It’s kind of like green ginger lemonade, delicious.
Another way to go would be a mixed vegetable juice where you would have a mixture of green leafy vegetables with cucumber, celery, and then add in some beets and carrots for flavor and optional ginger.
Finally, my favorite is one part fresh-squeezed orange juice with one part fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice. The blend is so dynamic and tastes so great, and it’s such a refreshing break from vegetables all day all the time.
