Cabbage calzoni: a delicious recipe for a quick dinner!

Fluffy, full of flavor and rich of fresh cabbage! INGREDIENTS
Kefir 250 ml (preferably warm)
Sour cream 20% – 2 tbsp.
Egg yolk – 1
Salt – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Flour – 400 g
Soda – 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Cabbage sliced – 200 g
Potatoes – 5
Onion – 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Butter 50 g

In a bowl mix together kefir with sour cream, egg yolk, salt, sugar one oil. Sift in the flour with soda, mix it with your hand. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest. Boil potatoes in salted water.
In saucepan fry onion with cabbage.
To the hot potatoes add butter and mix it, add in pepper, salt and fried vegetables.
Take the dough and cut it into 10-12 pieces.
Roll over each piece, put 1 tbsp of filling into it and wrap the calzone, roll it over again carefully. Fry it in hot oil until golden brown on each side.
