Fried Carrot Patties (croquettes, burgers, cutlets of carrot) is a delicious and easy to prepare dish for vegetarians (vegans).
– Carrots – 1 kg.
– Semolina – 1/2 cup
– Dried parsley – 1 tsp
– Dried dill – 1/2 tsp.
– Salt – 1 tsp.
– Sugar – 1 tsp.
– Water – 1/2 cup
– Vegetable oil for frying
Peel and chop the carrots. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form patties, roll in breadcrumbs. Put the patties on the pan and fry over low heat. Fry the second side under the lid closed. Done! Bon Appetit!
