Chicken Fajita Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:-
Meat:
– Chicken (300 g)
Vegetables:
– Onions (1)
– Red Capsicum (1/3)
– Green Capsicum (1/3)
– Black Olives (as you like)
Oil:
– Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
– Olive Oil (1.5 tsp)
Spices:
– Salt (1.5 tsp)
– Oregano Leaves
– Sugar (1 tbsp)
– Garam Masala (1/3 tsp)
– Chaat Masala (1/3 tsp)
– Turmeric Powder (1/3 tsp)
– Red Chili Flakes (0.5 tsp)
– Red Chili Flakes (1 pinch)
– Coriander Powder (1/2 tsp)
Cheese:
– Cheddar Cheese (as you like)
– Mozzarella Cheese (as you like)
Others:
– Egg (1)
– Yeast (1tbsp)
– Water (1/2 cup)
– Yogurt (1.5 tbsp)
– Pizza sauce (3 tbsp)
– Lemon juice (1.5 tbsp)
– Dry Milk Powder (1 tbsp)
– Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
– All-Purpose-Flour (2 cups / 250 g )
Recipe:-
– In lukewarm water (1/2 cup), add salt (1 tsp), sugar (1 tbsp), yeast (1tbsp) and set aside.
– Take a big bowl, add all-purpose-flour (2 cups / 250 g ), dry milk powder (1 tbsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), small size egg (1) & mix well.
– Knead by adding yeast water for 3-5 mins to form a soft dough.
– Take a bowl, grease with oil & put your dough in the bowl and apply oil all around your dough.
– Cover the dough in airtight space for about 30 minutes approximately for the dough to rise.
– Heat olive oil (1.5 tsp) & ginger garlic paste (1 tsp) for 1 minute on a low flame.
– Cook boneless chicken (300 g) until it turns white.
– Add salt (0.5 tsp), red chili powder (0.5 tsp), red chili flakes (0.5 tsp), turmeric powder (1/3 tsp), garam masala (1/3 tsp), chaat masala (1/3 tsp), coriander powder (1/2 tsp) with yogurt (1.5 tbsp) & mix well.
– Add lemon juice (1.5 tbsp) & cook for 6-7 mins with covered lid on a light flame.
– After the chicken tenders, add thinly sliced onions (1), sliced green capsicum (1/3), sliced red capsicum (1/3) & lightly saute these veggies.
– Switch off the flame and set the chicken & veggies aside.
– Punch down & knead the dough in all-purpose-flour after 30 minutes of rest.
– Roll your dough round for pizza dough.
– Grease your baking tray with oil and place your dough over it.
– Prick holes all over the dough with a fork.
– Spread pizza sauce (3 tbsp), mozzarella cheese (as you like), cheddar cheese (as you like) all over the dough.
– Top with cooked chicken, vegetables, more cheese, black olives, oregano leaves, red chili flakes (1 pinch), olive oil (2 tbsp).
– Preheat oven at 350°F / 180°C for 30 minutes.
– Bake for 15 minutes approximately at 170°C.
– Your delicious & soft chicken fajita pizza in the oven is ready to eat.
