Crock Pot Slow Cooker Recipe:
3 pounds, chicken wings, tips removed and split at joints
½ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, divided
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1. Coat inside of crock pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. Cover backing sheet with cooking paper. Arrange wings on baking sheet. Broil 6 to 8 minutes on both sides or until brown. Add to crock pot slow cooker
2. Combine hoisin sauce, ¼ cup sriracha sauce, and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Stir to blend. Pour over chicken; stir to coat. Cover; cook for 3 ½ to 4 hours on low. Remove wings from slow cooker and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
3. Turn slow cooker to high. Cook uncovered, on high 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in remaining sriracha and brush over chicken.
