The term “crack” gets put into a lot of recipe names recently, and now I know why. Of all the dishes I’ve made, this chicken seems to be one of the most addicting! So many people have asked me about it, so now I’m delivering! Here’s a quick video for y’all!
1.)Skinless, boneless chicken breast
2.)Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
3.)McCormick Smokehouse Maple seasoning
1.)Turn Slowcooker to high
2.)spray cooker with PAM or any other vegetable/canola based spray
3.)pour half a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ for a bottom layer
4.)Season Chicken w/ Salt, pepper,& Smokehouse Maple on both sides
5.)place chicken in cooker
6.)use remainder of BBQ sauce on top of chicken, covering everything.
7.)cook on high for 1 hr, then turn cooker to low and let sit for 3 hours! *You could also cook on low for 5-6 hrs depending on your schedule*
This chicken can be eaten just as is, or it can be shredded for BBQ chicken sandwich’s!!
