— 2 Thai Young Coconuts (Coconut Water)
— 1 bunch of Cilantro
— 1 head of Celery

— 1) Open young coconuts to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help:
— 2) Run the rest of the ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you.
— 3) Blend vegetable juice and coconut waters together, adding ice if desired, and enjoy!

…you guessed it, I would alkalize and hydrate myself with as much green juice as possible!
— Also, I would always:
-Forgive everyone, including myself
-Look at my life from a broader perspective and get out of the story in my head!
-Cultivate compassion for others, and for their stories!
— As we all have our own ‘sob stories,’ who’s to say that the other man’s sob story isn’t ‘worse’ than yours? If you lived a day in their shoes—ahem—moccasins, you might actually find their story to be ‘worse’ than yours. SO, put things in perspective and practice giving up your story, as well as being compassionate of others who have their own stories.
— It seems that every year there are new names (i.e., diseases) for what is really just all the same old things: inflammation, acidosis & congestion!
— When I drink living green juices, I am giving my body pure hydration from the water, vital minerals my body needs and can easily assimilate as there is no fiber, plus a healthy dose of natural plant sugars to feed my cells so that they can function. When cells are able to function as they should, they can clean themselves as they should…meaning they can adequately release acidic toxins and keep you alkaline.
— The reason why some people are overweight is because the body holds onto acids in its fat cells in order to protect itself from too much acidity! If your body is so acidic that it can’t process these cellular wastes without compromising its ability to keep your blood alkaline (if your blood goes acidic, you die, by the way!), then it is going to hang onto them…even if you are eating a low-calorie diet that is still an acidic one!
— So if I was trying to lose weight, I’d make sure to consume an abundance of alkaline green juices so as to guarantee that my body can be alkaline enough to finally process and dispose of all those old acidic cellular wastes.
— Some of you might be wondering where all of these acids came from in the first place. These are the main foods that are acidic that can be found in the american diet: meat, fish, eggs, refined sugar, processed food, breads, cookies, cake, crackers, chips, iodized salt, soft drinks, all dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese & ice cream, plus even grains (although only slightly).
— There are also other ways than just our diet for acids to appear within us: vaccinations, pharmaceuticals, negative thoughts, expressions & behaviors, the air we breathe, the chemicals in hair care products, make-ups, sunscreens, lotions, body washes, detergents, etc., plus the chemicals they add to the already acidic foods I listed above!
— So, many of us are acidic and congested. Do we get physically or emotionally sick or diseased as a result of these acidic foods, environments & behaviors? Or, did the physical ailments & emotional issues themselves lead us to the acidic foods and behaviors? Well, the answer is ‘yes’ to both. It is a two-way street.
— So one must address both the physical and emotional aspects in order to become more alkaline. The physical stuff is actually the ‘easy’ part, as all you have to do is consume more living green juices!
— It is the emotional stuff which can really be challenging for many of us. So have the courage to get into your heart & deal with your stuff! Krista & I are still working on tons of past emotional stuff that we need to get over and process, and stuff tends to come up even more when you are detoxifying yourself.
— So, in light of the fact that your health partner and/or you could have tough emotional stuff come up, it is important to practice and cultivate: love, understanding, patience, kindness, lightheartedness & peace.
