Hello guys here is a great way to eat good and loose weight. Whether I bulk or rip I do this special crazy recipe lol Portobello huge mushrooms Pizza. Its gluten free and filled with goodness. For all u raw food eaters out there I also make a alternative recipe I discuss in the video briefly. But here is the ingredients for my pizza.
Serving: 4
4 portabella mushrooms for the base.
Home made tomato sauce (will make a video of that)
Fresh CHALAV ISRAEL Mozzarella cheese.
4x Slices of CHALAV ISRAEL Munster cheese.
One cup of diced scallions
one cup of diced onion
Cup of diced tomatoes
optional: any veggies u like spinach broccoli u know the drill also instead of tomato sauce u can put fresh salsa also put basil and ur fav spices.
Preheat oven at 450 then stick the tray in for about 30 min or more depends on the crispiness u want.
Make sure after u remove the water and stick it back in for another 10 min for total crispy goodness. Put it all together and wammo u have the best tasting meal on the planet. No gluten pizza and low fat and low carb. Just remember u can do it without cheese if u wish and add ur fav mixins.
