I’m Dr. Travis from Ambiente Gallerie and today I’d like to talk to you about a juice cleanse now I get a variety of questions on a variety of different types of cleanses juice cleanse definitely one that people will bring up now with the juice cleanse you are it’s not a full fasting cleanse right so you’re getting the nutrients from the juice but it can be awesome to help keep
your energy up now when you’re cleansing you want to be mindful as to how much energy you’re exerting because you don’t want exhaust yourself too much but adding in with a juice cleanse a nice Sun can really help get the toxins out now with the juice cleanse the one thing you’re not taking in is fiber okay so anytime you’re cleansing you’re purging out toxins into the body you want to make sure you’re eliminating that otherwise it can be reabsorbed back into
the body so that’s where adding in some bentonite clay or some magnesium to help with elimination of those toxins can be very very important make sure at least going to the bathroom once a day that way otherwise you might be reabsorbing some of those toxins thank you
