Here’s what I eat in a Day on a Very High Fat Keto Diet aiming at 85%+ Fat and eating at NO CALORIE DEFICIT so aiming at 2200kcal since I discuss in many other videos how doing keto at a calorie deficit for the first 3 years destroyed my metabolism.

BREAKFAST MACROS:
991Kcal 5g carbs (3g Fibre), 96g Fat, 26g protein,

☕ Creamy Mocha Coffee (x2 as I bring it at school too)

120ml / 4fl oz brewed coffee (the italian in me demands Lavazza Rossa and I make it in a Mocha machine like this )

50ml / 1.8oz heavy / double cream

1tsp cocoa powder

a few drops of sucralose (2tsp erythritol)

100ml unsweetened almond milk

🥞 Almond Butter Waffle

2 eggs

30g / 1oz double / heavy cream

30g / 1oz Pip n Nut Roasted Almond Butter

LUNCH MACROS
847Kcal 2g carbs, 79g fat, 31g protein

🍽️ Butter Chaffles

2 eggs

30g / 2oz doble / heavy cream

80g / 2.8oz Mozzarella grated

45g / 1.5oz salted butter

DINNER MACROS
383Kcal 4g carbs, 38g fat, 6g protein

🍰 Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff

50g / 1.8oz Double / Heavy Cream

50g / 1.8oz Full Fat Soft Cheese

3g (or enough to jellify 1/4 pint) sugar free gelatine powder

50ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
