Guess what? Slow cooker BEEF TERIYAKI that’s low carb, quick, and of course…absolutely delicious! That’s what! This one’s is GREAT for meal prep.

Here is the recipe:
2 Pounds (32 Ounces) Beef (Lean Cut – I like Top Round)
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Low Carb/Sugar Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Can (3 Ounces) Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Substitute (I like Sukrin Gold)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 Teaspoons Xanthan Gum
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1/2 Large White Onion
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

How to make:
1. Cut your Beef into cubes and chop up your Onion
2. Add all of the ingredients into your slow cooker
3. Mix everything together
4. Cook it on Low Heat for 6-8 hours or High for around 4 hours

Tip: If you wanna pair it with a vegetable, broccoli works amazing with this recipe (add it in)!
