Successfully completed first week of workout routine!🤘 The first week is always so hard but the results are good!
It will never be the same every week. There will be days when the scale will not even change, but its all part of the long term goal and the journey will not be easy…🙇♀️

Things you need to know about my fitness and Food👇
💎 I am still breastfeeding 5 times a day which really helps in burning calories as well.
💎 I have a history of PCOS.
💎 My family tries to dedicate 30 min to workout and we help each other to do chores.
💎 I love strength training and core workouts.
💎 I don’t like cardio nor it suits my body. The only cardio I enjoy are swimming, sports or aerobic dance moves.
💎 I workout min 4 to 5 times a week.
💎 I drink min 4 to 5 liters of water every day.
💎 I am not a nutritionist so I cannot provide any diet or workout charts.
💎 The workout I do is specific to my lifestyle and my body type.
💎 Height – 5.5
💎 living with inlaws at this time and kids I cannot meal prep nor can I prepare something which my family cannot eat often.
💎 I take a prenatal vitamin.
💎 I have braces/Invisalign which I need to wear for atleast 22 hours a day. I can eat max 4 meals a day.
💎I am a full time working mom of two beautiful daughters.
💎 I don’t like sugar in coffee since I stopped long back. I like to eat a piece of dark chocolate with almond once in a while.
