Serves 3 – 4 pax
10 pieces of shallots – sliced
4 pieces of dried chilli – rehydrated & chopped (optional)
60g of Chinese dried mushrooms – rehydrated & diced
250g of minced meat
150g of long beans – diced
15g of dried scallops – soaked in 1 cup (250ml) of water
1 cup (250ml) of water
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tableespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking oil (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
