QUICK HEALTHY WEEKNIGHT DINNER IDEAS FOR TIRED BUSY MOMS (2019)// I know that getting a healthy dinner on the table every night is sometimes a gong show when everyone just wants dinner done NOW. I also know it’s sometimes hard to find healthy dinner ideas for the family.

These are just 5 of our favourite healthy kid friendly dinners that you can make in less than 15 minutes. Pan seared fish with garden salad:
Sprinkle fish with salt & pepper (or use any rub or spices you like)
Cover pan and sear on medium heat until crispy on the bottom, flip fish over and sear medium high uncovered
Meanwhile chop up cucumber, tomato and feta cheese (or any salad of your choice) and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper

ROASTED GARLIC SHRIMP PARMESAN PASTA
Frozen or fresh shrimp
1 bulb garlic
¼ – ½ cup fresh grated parmesan
½ cup avocado oil or light olive oil
Salt & pepper
Sliced lemon (optional)

TERIYAKI BEEF CUTLETS WITH SESAME BROCCOLI
1lb thin sliced beef cutlets
Broccoli
Rice
Marinade Ingredients
⅓ cup honey
¾ cup aji-mirin sweet cooking rice seasoning
⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Mix altogether and marinate beef in overnight.

BEEF TACOS/TACO SALAD
1lb ground beef
1 small onion minced
1-2 cloves garlic
1 cap full of Tex Mex seasoning (or any other taco seasoning of your choice)
Toppings:
tomatoes, sour cream/yogurt, avocado, green onions, peppers, cheese, lettuce

EGG & CHEESE QUESADILLA
Whole wheat or multigrain tortillas
Scrambled eggs
Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
