Salad of sea kelp (laminaria, seaweed), carrot and corn is a delicious and healthy dish for vegetarians.
– Kelp (laminaria, seaweed) – 300g
– Salt – 1/2 tsp. + 1/3 tsp
– Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
– Coriander – 1/4 tsp.
– Ground ginger root – 1 pinch
– Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
– Apple vinegar – 1 tbsp.
– Carrots – 300-400g
– Canned corn – 1 can (200-250g)
– Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
– Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
Chop the kelp finely. Add salt and spices. Mix well. Leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes. Grate carrots on a fine grater. Mix carrots with kelp. Add corn, salt and spices. Mix well. Done! Bon Appetit!
