“Stock-up” grocery shopping! | $155 for family of 7

The other week I went grocery shopping, focusing mainly on those random little things that I had run out of and needed to re-stock (as well as fresh items to finish off our meals for the week). I thought I’d show you that you CAN stock up and replenish things that you run out of, even on a tight budget! The key is to keep meat in your freezer (after stocking up when it goes on sale, or buying bulk – I like to buy through Zaycon: so you don’t have to buy it every time you go shopping. This is what allows room for more stocking up!

(Ps this shopping trip was done at Walmart. I usually shop at Walmart and Costco, trading off weeks.)
