Goat Cheese, Spinach & Avocado Salad

Servings – 2 – 3

INGREDIENTS
Orange juice – 60 milliliters
Apple cider vinegar – 30 milliliters
Olive oil – 40 milliliters
Spinach – 165 grams
Goat cheese – 200 grams
Onions – 60 grams
Avocado – 145 grams
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Kosher salt – 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters orange juice, 30 milliliters apple cider vinegar, 40 milliliters olive oil and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 165 grams spinach, 200 grams goat cheese, 60 grams onions, 145 grams avocado, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, prepared dressing and mix it well.
3. Serve.

Spinach & Corn Salad

Servings – 2 – 3

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
Honey – 1 1/2 teaspoons
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Spinach – 100 grams
Boiled sweet corn – 150 grams
Onions – 60 grams
Bell pepper – 90 grams
Tomato – 40 grams

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons soys sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams spinach, 150 grams boiled sweet corn, 60 grams onions, 90 grams bell pepper, 40 grams tomato, prepared dressing and mix it well.
4. Serve.

Tuna & Egg Salad

Servings – 2 – 3

INGREDIENTS
Cucumber – 140 grams
Boiled eggs – 3
Tuna – 150 grams
Tomato – 30 grams
Mustard sauce – 1 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 yeaspoon
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Serve.
